How to Delete Your Account

Mariner Vault provides an in-app option to permanently delete your account and associated data.

If you still have Mariner Vault installed, open the app and navigate to Account → Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps to permanently delete your account.

If you no longer have access to the Mariner Vault app, you may request deletion of your account by contacting Billiot Software at support@billiotsoftware.com .

What Is Deleted

When a Mariner Vault account is deleted, the account and its associated cloud data are permanently deleted. Data stored locally by Mariner Vault on the user's device is also removed through the account deletion process.

This may include account information, credentials, documents, and other data associated with the user's Mariner Vault account.

Deletion Requests

If you submit a deletion request by email, please provide the email address associated with your Mariner Vault account so that we can identify and verify the account before processing the request.

Once an account deletion request has been verified and processed, deleted account data is not intended to be recoverable.
